Abstracts & Papers

Two types of submission


Participants are invited to submit:

  • Abstracts of oral paper presentations, if they would like to present papers without having them published; or
  • Full papers to be reviewed for publication in Volume 24 of BCES Conference Books 2026.


Clarification


  • In the case of abstract submission, no full-text submission is required. Participants submit abstracts only.
  • In the case of full paper submission, no preliminary abstract submission is required. Participants directly submit full papers.
  • Participants may attend the Conference as listeners, without submitting and presenting anything.

BCES Publication Ethics Statement

At the BCES, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics. Authors of submissions are expected to act with integrity, transparency, and fairness, ensuring accountability and respect to adhere to the following principles:

  1. High Levels: BCES is committed to maintaining high intellectual and scientific levels.
  2. Agreement: By submitting an abstract or a full paper to the BCES Conference, authors accept this Publication Ethics Statement.
  3. Plagiarism and Misconduct: Any instance of plagiarism, data fabrication, or other academic misconduct will result in the rejection of the submission.
  4. Originality: Authors should submit abstracts or full papers which are their original work.
  5. Authors’ Integrity and Compliance: Authors should respond promptly to reviewer comments and submit revised manuscripts within the specified deadlines. Authors of full papers are expected to adhere to the standards listed in the BCES Conference Books Editorial Policies.
  6. Open Access: The BCES conference supports open access to scholarly research to promote the dissemination of knowledge.

Abstract submission: Open

Submission deadline: 6 March 2026

Abstracts are sent to: info@bces-conference.org

The abstract should

  • be sent as a Word file
  • be written as one paragraph
  • be written in excellent English
  • not contain citations, references, endnotes, footnotes, figures, pictures, mathematical equations or tabular material
  • briefly describe the work to be discussed in the paper and also give a concise summary of the findings

 

The abstract should contain

  • author name
  • abstract title
  • abstract text (200 to 300 words)
  • keywords (max 8)


Abstract acceptance notification: A week after submission.


Publication of abstracts: All accepted abstracts and all abstracts of accepted full papers will be included in the 24th BCES Conference Program 2026.

Full papers submission: Open

Submission deadline: 6 March 2026

Full papers are sent to: info@bces-conference.org

Publication of full papers

 

Full paper acceptance notification: 15 March 2026.

All full papers accepted for publication will be included in Volume 24 of BCES Conference Books 2026.

Full papers submitted after 6 March 2026 may be presented at the Conference, but cannot be published in Volume 24 of BCES Conference Books 2026.

Only full papers submitted by participants registered by 31 March 2026 will be published.
